Before I join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I went to a number of places to take a look. I was looking for a place that I feel I can excel on or even to have even younger colleages. The major differences I can feel that is the agent in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is younger and vibrant. The energy level is also different. There are a lot of people younger as me or around the same age as me. I felt connected to them rather than some of the agency that are Late’s 20 or some of them that are very old.
With that in mind I can able to work together with them as a team and at the same time build my circle of friends around me since my friends are so disperse. Some are studying in poly some in NS some in Uni and the rest are working. It became so true that once a person graduates, it will be very to meet up and it will be more difficult if a person got married and has they own life.
Of course I will be proud to say I am part of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) family but the proud is not like ‘Yaya-Papaya’ that kind of thing but rather to feel proud as in the best in the whole insurance company. At least once I mentioned about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), some will know about this agency. If I have a chance to attend the award ceremony, I am glad not just that I got an award or something but rather we come from an agency that is best. It also makes other agency envy and maybe friends also want to know more about this agency. The other reason that make me like about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is after the BASE camp, I felt that this agency does not just focus about sales and sales and sales only but the values in family and working attitude.
The other thing that caught me surprise is that they focus on very strict rule on punctuality and no-smoking allowed, something which I never come across in other companies or even agency. Initially, I did not know what is the rational in it and also don really like about that. Slowly, I realized that it for them to cultivate us into good working habit and health conscious. I remember a friend who once told me ‘Successful people cultivate good habit’ Well, see it to believe it. There are so many thing that are marvelous and unique.
